Mayworks Festival 2013

our Kwentong Bayan: Labour of Love presentation through the eyes of the talented photographer, Arturo Herrera

Thank you everyone for your support!  We had a great time at our Mayworks event, engaging in a dialogue about our kwentong bayan/community stories.

We began by honouring the Mississaugas of the New Credit First Nation and Haudenosaunee Peoples.  This city, that many caregivers and allies now call home, is on their traditional territories. Thank you for having us as guests on this land as newcomers and settlers.
